White asparagus is a seasonal Brabant delicacy that is available from April to June. Known as ‘white gold’, its distinctive salty taste is due to the pure groundwater of the Kalmthoutse Heathland and the ocean breezes of Zeeland. Purchase it directly from a local farm or attend a special event that celebrates it!
