Autumn is here and there are many ways to celebrate this fantastic time of year in Brabant, including: the NAWC Eindhoven's annual Halloween Harvest Festival on 19 Oct in Nuenen; Klok & Peel's Pumpkin Days in Asten from 19-27 Oct; Halloween Oirschot on 26 Oct; and CKE's free workshops and a Halloween Theatre Spektakel on 31 Oct.

Volunteering: CKE is looking for volunteer performers, make-up artists, musicians, and more for their Halloween Theatre Spektakel, volunteer during the ASML Marathon Eindhoven 2024 or become a volunteer host at the Van Abbemuseum!

Centrum de Eik is a cancer support organization for those dealing with cancer or their family and friends. The Centrum offers support through various activities including monthly meetings on the first Monday of every month from 19:30- 21:00. Everyone is welcome. Register here

3 Oct: Bike like a Dutchie! Organized by Brainport Bereikbaar, this is a pilot and is only currently available for students of TU/e and Fonty’s, and employees of ASML. 

3 Oct: Internationals living in Veldhoven are welcome to join an evening of connection and laughter! There will be an interactive theatre session led by a professional threatre director, group discussions, and tips for adjusting to a new culture. 

19 - 27 Oct: Dutch Design Week 2024: The leading design event in northern Europe, DDW showcases over 2,000 designers and attracts more than 300,000 visitors to 110+ locations around Eindhoven. Discover the entire program around this year’s theme, REAL UNREAL.

The Muziekgebouw welcomes concertgoers to attend the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra & Choir as they perform Handel’s Esther on 26 Oct or Global Night where a line-up of international artists blend cultural rhythms from around the world on 16 Nov.

Our next Welcome Evening will take place on 1 November, from 18:30-21:00. Go on a guided walking tour of Eindhoven and meet other newly arrived internationals! There is no charge to participate.
