We are researching whether there is a need for a buddy program for internationals (and their families) where a buddy would help a newcomer to navigate life here, such as understanding local systems, accessing community resources, and finding social activities. Our next Welcome Evening will take place on 5 July, from 18:30-21:00. This is a monthly event that we organize to introduce you to the region. Go on a guided walking tour of Eindhoven and meet other newly arrived internationals! The event begins and ends at LAB-1. There is no charge to participate. Register to attend!

Every Tuesday at the International Creative Women’s Creative Town you can practice Dutch while doing fun crafting activities. Led by an enthusiastic Dutch volunteer, each session is not just about learning; it’s about connecting, creating, and building confidence in your language skills. Email ICW for more information. 

Vertigo Frisbee is hosting a series of frisbee workshops to expand interest in the Ultimate Frisbee sport on 29 June, 13 July, 3 August, and 10 August in Genneper Parken. Don’t forget to cheer for Team NL -- and your home team -- at any of these great places to watch EURO 2024!

The Joy Festival will take place on 6 July in Eindhoven. It is a celebration of the beginning of summer and a time for families to come together. There will be a variety of activities, picnic, Face painting workshops, zumba for families, food, and more, all aimed at creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for families in our city from our community! It is also a space open for Dutch and the international community looking to integrate! Everyone is welcome!

Let’s Get Together will take place on 6 July in Meerhoven. It is a creative fair that highlights the artistic skills of Eindhoven locals and residents. Everyone is welcome! The fair offers families a chance to enjoy a day out, engage with the local creative scene, and gain insights into the city's culture and heritage.
