Spring in Brabant

Spring is on the way and with it plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! Find ways to spend Spring in Eindhoven: Go cycling, discover secret city gardens, or visit the Romanian School in Eindhoven's Spring Market. And don’t forget to spring your clock one hour forward on 31 March!

International Women's Day 2024

Join in on the celebration at these events:
- TU/e & Fontys Engineering present an energetic and inspirational event on 7 March
- Breda Internationals presents a discussion on inclusive sports and female leadership on 8 March
- An inspirational day with tech leaders at SheCanXL on 8 March
- The opening of an exhibition on gender equality on 8 March
- CLO's annual International Women's Day celebration on 9 March

National Clean Up Day

Did you know that National Clean Up Day is March 17? It is an annual event that takes place in the Netherlands. You are invited to go out and beautify your community with the Green Café and Troep Troopers Eindhoven - Nature Group!

Music, Museums & Culture

There is no shortage of cultural and immersive experiences this March! The Philips Museum is hosting a late night interactive journey to celebrate 132 years of Philips; the Muziekgebouw has concerts and performances from ASML on Stage, the Netherlands Bach Society, Pianist Marietta Petkova, and Music from Around the World. And if all that doesn’t catch your attention the International Theatre Collective Eindhoven has a production of ‘Festen’, or you can go to Friday Next at the Evoluon Museum, and Brabant Vocaal is looking for new voices to join their choir!

Education & Career

- The Indian Center in Netherlands is organizing an Entrepreneurs, Freelancers, and leaders Meetup on 28 March and everyone is welcome.
- Pledge your support for the Global Call to Action for Heritage Language Education, which is sparking a large-scale change in heritage language education.

Events in Brabant

Join Holland Expat Center South's next Welcome Evening on Friday 5 April, from 18:30-21:00. Go on a guided walking tour of Eindhoven and meet other newly arrived internationals!

Holland Expat Center South is organizing the Brabant International Expo! Join us on Saturday 6 April, from 10:00-13:00 at the City Hall (Stadshuis) in Eindhoven! More information will follow soon!

Breda Internationals is organizing a Welcome to Breda Event on 17 March for internationals who have recently moved to Breda or the West Brabant region, a Dutch Cycling Workshop on 23 March, and an International Monthly Meetup on 28 March.

Activities for Kids

Kids are invited to go on an Easter Egg Hunt on 1 April and take a photo with the Easter Bunny! Families are welcome to enjoy live music in the park and enjoy a light snack, which will be provided by Sweet Dreams Bakery. All profits will be donated to Stichting Speelcadeau to purchase new school supplies for kids of families in need.
